[Steppes] Fencing Practice Canceled due to not actually beinginsane....Clarification

I see that, I just brought a couple of new comers out there today.  We gave
up around 7:15.

I had contacted the rapier marshal Sunday about this via email.  IIRC, I
think his name is Ingve.  Is he around?

And, for future reference, since I just arrived in the Stellar kingdom, what
is the best way of finding out about a cancellation of practice?
