[Steppes] Languages

Working on re-learning Hebrew here, also wanting to learn both Irish and
Scots Gaelic, brushing up on my French, and Old English would be fun...and
for those who don't know, I am fluent in sign ( I know it isn't period) and
willing to teach that.
