[Steppes] Warlord sites

At Steppes Populace on February 23, Lord Damon suggested a site in Denton 
that really impressed me. It is at the end of Mckinney Ave on a peninsula of 
the lake. Since I have not been a proponent of moving Warlord, believe me 
when I say this one looks to have real possibilities for Warlord in 2008.
