[Steppes] Joanns closing store in Lake Highlands area and Another Fabric Store, too

  The Hancocks Fabrics at Forest & Marsh is closing also.  The current markdowns are 30% on most things but some are up to 70%.  Right now the store is still pretty fully stocked but their inventory is sure to diminish quickly.  For those of you who knit, they carry a large (to a non-knitter) selection of yarns including specialty yarns.
   
  There are bargains to be had there!
   
  When this store closes, there will not be a Hancocks within the Dallas city limits.  The store in Carrollton will remain open as will the Arlington store.
