Greetings.

As was relayed at business meeting this past week, HL Guillaume has stepped down as Oakenwald and the position is open for bids.  Bids will be accepted until the March populace meeting and be announced at April business meeting.  Until then I will be acting Oakenwald.  Thank you Guillaume for your service.
