[Steppes] I30 & I35 to remain closed

We've been notified that I35, I30 and all other roads within a half mile of 
the explosion
(500 block of Industrial)
will remain closed until 9:30 or 10:00 tonight at the earliest.
The amount of explosive material on the site is hampering fire-fighting 
efforts.
