[Steppes] Ride Share to Red Tape - ASSIGNMENTS & INFORMATION

Couple of quick questions please.  1. I noticed the the website suggests
that mundane clothing is normally worn to this particular event, so this
should be the way to go, correct (although perhaps wearing a UTexas National
Championship t-shirt to A & M's Campus might be in poor taste) ?  2.  Is it
okay to bring the laptop to this one?  Since this is the first Red Tape I
have attended, I really would like to make sure I remain "normal" for this.
