[Steppes] Feast vs. Catering

Actually, we gut ours in the field, and skin and quarter them at
camp, getting them on ice as quickly as possible. I am convinced that
this course of action prevents the meat from getting a "gamey" taste
which I've heard a lot about, but never experienced.

Hmm, we always gutted ours before putting in in the truck to take it
home. Dont want to leave that stuff in there. the skinning and stuff is
no big deal unless it is real hot. helps keep the flies and dirt off.
Gee want some real ambience....let's butcher and prepare a hundred
chickens or so, heheheheh. Now that's nasty!
