[Steppes] WEATHER related

[Catalina Elvira Osorio de Moscoso y Lopez de Xerez]

The tornado sirens went off about 7:00PM in Carrollton. There was a rotating 
funnel cloud reported by the weather service that never touched down. Damage 
was limited to some downed trees and power lines........that I know of.
