[Steppes] Warlord Setup Stuff...forwarded

 This weekend is Steppes Warlord. There are plenty of things to do, and
many hands make light work.

One of the areas where the fighting community can provide a great amount
of help is with setup and teardown of the site. The days and times where
help will be needed are as follows:

* Thursday night - storage locker: We will be loading up the truck
starting around 6:30-7:00
* Friday - Warlord site: The truck will be arriving on-site before
noon. We will be unloading the truck and setting up the hall and tourney
areas
* Sunday - Warlord site: Taking down the hall, loading up the truck
* Monday - Warlord site: Taking down the tourney areas, final loading
of the truck
* Monday - storage locker: Unloading the truck into the storage
locker
The times where we are loading/unloading the storage locker are when we
could use the most assistance. If anyone has any questions, please feel
free to e-mail me.

So step forward and show the strength of the Steppes fighting community.
Volunteer to help out and make sure that this Steppes Warlord 34 is fun
for one and all!
