[Steppes] A call to Steppes for assistance for Queens Champion

Queen's Champion began when Queen Joselyn turned to us to put this event on
in a hurry.  We once did Kingdom Warlord in three weeks.  Volunteering when 
help
is needed is what we do.

We can pull together to do this.  I'm in.
