[Steppes] Steppes Site down..

Due to the wonders of ATT and their "Process",, they have decided in their immense wisdom that the word "Static" and "IP" mean that they can change it when they feel like it with out notification. 
 
The effect of which is that the Steppes site is no longer reachable.. In an effort to keep their "Wisdom" from creating further challenges... I am going to ask for the DNS entry ( that's how typing www.steppes.org gets to the server ) for the Steppes to be updated
 
It will be unreachable for most of the day.
