I've already been doing some reasearch (last night) about the type of needleworking of the times and so am going to endeavor to create my own pattern and cross-stitch it as it would have been done back then. I do need to see if I can find someone that does woodworking to help me build a good solid scroll frame and stand that I can put good size pieces on to work with at events. This way it sort of displays what I'm working on and can keep it 'off' the ground if you will. Any takers?
