To the general populace and to the officers of the Steppes
do I Katheryn send greetings

My thanks to all who have given their opinions and concerns in reference to the subject of business meeting.  In the next few weeks, I will come to a decision based on your input as well as what I feel to be in the best interest of the Steppes. I shall endeavor to do so with care and consideration of all.
