Hello Steppes,

If you have volunteered to help out with Set Up please be aware that I 
will need you at site at 8 A.M.

If you want to volunteer to help with Gate please contact Lady Elinor, 
who will be posting for help as well.

Also, if you have a table you can bring I appreciate it as we have had a 
lot of entrants and if we have people show up without having contacted 
me first it could put us in a bind. So, where I can I am going to 
utilize camp tables instead, such as gate.
