Does anyone have a receipt / source / citation for making almond milk?
I'm looking for recommendations on editions of Tallievant and Menagiere -- spelling approximated. I'm fiddling around with some recipes from an earlier book of Northern cookery, and it seems that these two volumes are necessary for understanding context better.
