[Steppes] Practices and meetings

I like this idea. We have been talking about trying to figure out what makes
the practice a success, so far its been the sense of community Don Ingve
instills in the fighters, as well as the accommodation of space and then the
after practice  food and drink. This is by no means 100% of the success -
buts its a large chunk of it.
