[Steppes] Steppes Check In for Icy Weather

I had my commute last night.  I work at Starbucks and I closed - got out 
around 11:15 and had to thaw the car out from all the ice and sleet before I 
could leave.  Luckily I have today and tomorrow off, as I don't envy the 
openers this morning - particularly the ones working our drive-thru window 
(which faces north - brrrrr!)
