[Steppes] question about ACCEPS site

Just went to pre-reserve for12th Night, and I have a question about the
ACCEPS site.  I did not get the lock icon that indicates a secure site when
I was asked for my credit card number.  IS ACCEPS a secure site???  If not,
why on earth not?  If so, why do I not get the lock icon???  (I run Windows
XP and Internet Explorer).

I find this a bit disconcerting...
