[Steppes] Will there be Archery?

On speaking with the Steppes Archery Marshal, (I briefly interrupted his viewing of Planet of the Apes, I think it was) I am assured that there will be a practice on Sunday, one way or the other. It will be chilly, with an overnight low of 36 and a high predicted to be about 60 so dress warmly and maybe a thermos of cocoa or tea would be nice to have.
