[Steppes] Steppes Check In for Icy Weather...

Well, most of the schools aropund me started 2hrs late today but 
nnnnnnooooooooooo not Venus. I looked out my door and all I saw was 
snow. John/Alvin drove me to work because we thougt it was "bad".  When 
we reached the bottom of the hill and all the snow and Ice disapeared. 
Venus it self  was clear. It was as if someone drew a line.
