[Steppes] Word fame for donations

Greetings all!

I wanted to give word fame to Lady Rose of Nazereth and Lord Matt for their
generous donations to the Office of the Hospitaler. They have given the
office 5 bolts of fabric and other miscellaneous pieces.

As we bring in a new Hospitaler please lend them your hands and talents to
bring these fabrics to life for our newcomers. :)
