[Steppes] Steppes Fighter Practice 02-10-2008

Heilsa,

This Sunday fighter practice, February 10th, 2008, Marshal in Charge 
will be Sir Morgan. In the exact the same matter as someone who is 
appointed to be Marshal in Charge by the local Knight Marshal to be the 
Marshal in Charge for either a Demo or an Event, which would for the 
duration of the said time period would be an official deputy of the 
Baronial Knight Marshal, hence a warranted officer and since Sir Morgan 
is already a warranted Marshal, meeting all requirements as set forth 
within both Society and Kingdom laws in regard to SCA official events, 
making no difference whether said Demo/Event is either On-Calendar or 
Off-Calendar.
