The inside are designation has a curtain backdrop, so we will not be putting
up the red pavillion.  I just got off the telephone with Ricciardo and he
said that we have a PRIMO spot!  The WWII guys have the smallest area and we
are next to the Civil War re-inactors.  Our area must be passed by in order
to go into the indoor area, so the exposure will be there!
 
If you have questions, call Ricciardo on his cell at the previously posted
number.

	Apologies for not being on the list this week. I have been out of
town on
	business and negotiating with business partners, training and
discussing
	orders has had to take precedence in my thoughts. I got back home
this
	morning.
	
	Here is the plan so far for our EXPO:
	
	Rosenfeld can start setting up around 12:00noon-1pm today. Lord
Ricciardo
	is off from work today and is already loading up Nicolosi "stuff"
and going
	to the site to deliver. He will be meeting Sir Ian at the storage
shed at
	5pm today. Anyone who wishes to meet them as well to assist, would
be
	appreciated, I am sure. If you cannot set up until tomorrow morning,
I
	would ask that you show up at site between 7am-8am since it ALWAYS
takes
	longer than we plan to set up. lol Also, we don't want to still be
	finishing up when people start showing up at 10am.
	
	If anyone needs to get in touch with Ricciardo, he has a cell phone
for
	today and the numbers is 903-283-3849. He does have it on, however,
there
	is no voice mail, so you will need to try him until he is reached.
	
	Lord Wolfgar and Lady Alessandra should have the handouts.
	Lady Sarah is planning with Lord Charles the Rosenfeld Trade Show
Display
	Lady Sarah is also coordinating the A&S participation
	Sir Ian is in charge of the List Field Chivalric activities
	Mistress Rhiannon is in charge of the Rapier activities
	Sir Ian and Lady Brangwyne are bringing their Round Period Tent
	Lord Fergus is bringing his Yurt
	Lord Ricciardo is setting up our 10x12 gold Period Pavilion
	It was agreed that Rosenfeld did not want "Stage Time" so fighting
will be
	in our area.
	If Rosenfeld needs more space, the EXPO Coordinator has agreed to
give it to
	us!!!
	
	The inside area will have one tableand 2 chairs in a 8x10 area. We
are
	checking with the EXPO coordinator to see if we could expand that
area to
	10x10 and set up the Nicolosi red pavilion inside.
	
	Other than that, let's have FUN with this! It is supposed to be
beautiful
	weather, maybe a little windy, but there is no rain in the forecast
until
	Sunday. A GREAT day will be had by all. Let's put on our best garb
and
	enjoy each other.
