[Steppes] 12th Night Load Out

Ok all... 
   
  Right now here is the game plan:
   
  Meet at the storage unit tomorrow, Friday, January 4th at 5pm.  The stage and throne will be taken by Damon and his lovely Lady, Meagan.  Lady Elizabeth and Gunthar will be taking the feast gear and food.
  
That leaves the following items that must be transported to site Friday Night for set up:
   
  4 to 5 tubs of decorations (I will try to make it less)
  Oak Banner and Trees and associated tub
  Decorative Banners
   
  We may need to make room for some of the feast stuff depending on the room Gunthar and Lady Elizabeth have.  I thingk that is it... but I am sure there are a few more things... sigh.
   
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  If you can help, please call me tomorrow at work (972-801-4125) or at home tonight (214-415-7852) and leave a message. I have a ton of work to do tonight.
