[Steppes] Great rapier idea

What happened to all the boffer cattle from the melees at Steppes
Baronial Court out at Camp Burnett several years ago?  They were made
from large jugs and filled with water to give them weight, I remember
one sprung a leak and "peed" on some of the fighters...
