[Steppes] Unofficial party idea

I vote for June 21st or July 19th. The 21st is open and nothing's 
happening. The 19th is Queen's, but it's in Austin, so with gas as bad 
as it is, I don't see as many from our barony going this time. Besides, 
in all fairness to everyone else, us not showing up in force is the only 
chance anyone else has to win. HUZZAH!
