Wilhoite's is also one of the staging areas for the Big Texas Toy Run,
so they are VERY biker friendly.  If the weather cooperates I will
certainly be riding.

Good day everyone!
 
After some discussion at business meeting Tuesday, it was decided that
Wilhoite's in Grapevine will be the gathering place for the BOD social.
The time is 7pm on April 19th. Modern attire.
 
Wilhoite's is located at 432 S. Main Street, Grapevine.

Wilhoite's is a restaurant in Grapevine, not too far from where the BOD
meetings are taking place.  We are getting a private room that holds
around 60-75 people with the understanding that most of us will eat
something (much like how we get the room for business meeting). Per the
restaurant owner, they prefer us to take advantage of their buffet and
not order off of the menu.   Buffet price and a soda would be around
$13.00, not including gratuity.
 
Please RSVP to me if you will be able to attend this gathering at
Wilhoites. 
 
After Wilhoite's, some of us will be going over to the Main Event in
Grapevine.  Main Event is located at 407 W. State Highway 114 in
Grapevine.  We will aim at gathering at the Main Event around 9pm.
There is not an entrance fee here, but there are fees for the
