Well, I now have The anchor manual of needlework, charted folk designs for cross-stitchembroidery, assisti embroidery by pamela miller ness and the new carolingian modelbook. That's 1/3 of the books listed by a former baroness from the west in an online link she has about assisi cross-stitch work. Woohoo! it's been fun tracking things down. Two I purchased, two were gifted to me.

I'm very excited.
