The price quoted was primarily because of the great demo and turn-out from
last year.  We were hoping to exceed that this year, but I understand if
y'all have other commitments.  Would you or someone be able to contact me
with a list of the people that would like to come back again this year?  I
am sure we could work out a group price if there enough interest.

We have added extensively to our guests and scheduling to try and enhance
the attendance this year.  Would you know of another group that may want to
do a demo?  We have also set aside a table in our Artist Alley for a group
willing to participate so they can advertise.

Please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the necessary
adjustments.  Hopefully, y'all will be able to come back next year if the
scheduling works out.

I am Jessica Smith aka Vyolante de Oporto. I am the hospitaler in the
Steppes and am in charge of organizing demos.
While a few people have expressed that they will be going to your
convention, the majority of us will not be able to return this year because
of prior commitments.
So, we will not be doing a demonstration like we did last year.
Can I still extend this price to those who still wish to go?
