[Steppes] For those traveling to Bordermarch

Good day everyone
   
  The Steppes pavilion will be there this weekend thanks to Lord Fiacha and Lord Damon.  All from our area are allowed to sit under it, just please make attempts at covering all non-period chairs, coolers, etc. Fighters - equipment should be kept to the back corners behind the baronial pavilion. 
   
  Please consider working a shift at gate or perhaps helping Their Excellencies Bordermarch move pavilions, tables or chairs as needed. They are expecting a record attendance this year.  Many hands will be needed to make this War run smoothly and your help will be greatly appreciated.
   
  We, the people who are getting to site early, will do everything that we can to make sure that people who need land for camping get land.  However we must comply with the rules of Their Excellencies Bordermarch.  Your patience upon arriving at site will be greatly appreciated.
