[Steppes] Discussion at business meeting next Monday on a possible joint event with Elfsea

Good day everyone
   
  I wanted to post this information to everyone before we discuss at business meeting next Monday. As announced in business meeting before, Steppes will be hosting 12th Night in 2010 as a Steppes event.  Steppes on calendar events for 2010 would be 12th Night and Warlord.
   
  I want us to look at the possibility of doing a joint event (more like a 2-for-1 event) with Elfsea.  This would be Steppes Artisan/Elfsea Baronial College.  It is our hope to obtain UTA for this event, making the cost very low. UTA is large enough for Steppes to have Artisan in one area, and for Elfsea to have several other rooms for their college.  
   
  Since Twelfth Night is a joint event this year, we can do Artisan as a stand alone event this year, or we could still combine it with Elfsea Baronial College.  
   
  Profit/costs would be half.  One group to be group of record on alternating years. There would be two event stewards - one for Elfsea and one for Steppes. Time frame would be July/August or so.
   
  Both Dietrich and myself would appreciate your thoughts. Please keep comments concise and respectful.
