[Steppes] archery practice, Oct 5

I am officially canceling archery practice for Oct 5 as most, if not all, of the usual suspects will be at 3 Kings.  
 
Also, Royal Huntsman is to be held on Oct 5.  This is traditionally one of the best tournaments in the Kingdom and the best archers come to participate.  If you do not have any pressing needs back home, you may want to stay at the event through Sunday afternoon and watch this tournament.
