[Steppes] Business Meeting for November

Good Morning Everyone!

This is an announcement to let all officers and populace members know that
the site for Business Meeting will STILL be a New New Buffet.  There was an
issue with Golden Corral that I will be addressing this Saturday with Golden
Corral's Management.  I will let the list know the outcome of this.

For now, Business Meeting will Be on the FIRST MONDAY of November at New New
Buffet.
