[Steppes] Sunday Fighter Practice Cancelled

Due to the near certainty of drenching rains from Hurricane Ike expected to
reach the Steppes Saturday afternoon and through Sunday, Steppes Chivalric
Fighter Practice will be cancelled for Sunday, September 14 2008.  I
