[Steppes] Sunday's Fighter Practice

Greetings all,

Currently, there is an 80% chance of strong thunderstorms on Sunday.
Dancing around with a metal bucket on ones head while lightning strikes are
all highly likely seems less than bright.  That being the case, come Sunday
at noon, I'll be making a post to the list as to weather (p.i.) we will be
having Fighter Practice.
