Greetings all - 

Bids for the replacement Steppes Exchequer closed on 7-31 and as such a decision has been made.  I am happy to announce that Honourable Lady Ekaterina "Katya" Iadorovna Kharlampieva is now your new exchequer for the Barony of the Steppes.  Congratulations HL Katya.
