I am trying to organize a display window at the Lewisville library for the months of Sept. & Oct.  As this is now close to the end of August, I need to collect everything ASAP.

Below is a list of what I have, though I may find more, and a list of what I would like to include. It will also need some sort of sign with contact information and web sites.
Since this is in a library I had the thought that we might include a small listing of books relevant to what we display that might be found at the library, such as heraldry, of which there are several, knights, castles, etc.

Majolica plate
feather fan
pottery goblet
illumination letter framed
honor shield
 
What I would like to add
fiber arts
small loom
glove
helm
chain maile
sword
more illuminations
nice tunic
photos of nobles, artisans, fighters, cooks, maybe some pavilions etc. (Caelin(sp) may be a good source for this.)
maybe a book of period recipes
On any of these, it would be nice to include a small bit of documentation if possible. I am thinking, what it is, when and where it would have been used.

Please feel free to make suggestions for additions, who may be willing to loan it, etc. 
I have already started a spreadsheet to keep track of what belongs to who, in order to make sure it gets back to them.
