[Steppes] How the SCA Works series

I try to keep an eye on this list and update the online calendar when I
catch events/changes/updates/cancellations/etc. I am far from perfect in
this though, and sometimes things do slip through the cracks. It's still
a pretty good place to check for the whens and wheres.
