There are two other venues I know of that I think will book small independent semi-private parties.

The Barley House

Poor David's Pub

But I still think PST would probably be the most fun.

Try the Pocket Sandwich Theatre

With this kind of lead time you should be able to work something out.

Hi Everyone,

Recently Heather Dale performed a few concerts and Austin and Houston.
Unfortunately, these were held on weekdays which made the 3 - 5 hour drive
each way impractical for most of us here in DFW. If you were disappointed
to have missed her, here is your chance. Heather asked me to arrange a
house concert in Dallas as she moves from Estrella to Golf, which puts it in
February or March. While she would be perfectly happy if the concert were
held in a house (hence the term house concert), it limits the amount of
attendance.

So, can anyone recommend a venue? We need a reasonably acoustically sound
location capable of hosting 30 or more attendees. We have sound equipment.
We have staff. We have advertising. All we need is a place to hold it.

For those who do not know her: "Heather Dale offers a new type of Celtic
music for the 21st century: a playful, passionate blend of tradition and
innovation. Her rich voice and evocative recordings have earned her fans
around the world.". More information, pictures, and music can be found on
her website:

http://www.heatherdale.com/

Her career started in the SCA, and her music serves as folk music in many
kingdoms. I am sure you have heard at least a few of her works.

Thanks for your time,

Will Meriic
