[Steppes] Armor lost at Central war practice

Could someone please cross post this message to the Elfsea list on my behalf?

I lost a leather C-belt for my heavy kit at the central regional war practice and have been unable to locate it.  I had heard that a piece of armor was found, but I have not been able to locate where it ended up or even for sure what it was.  If anyone can help, please email me directly.
