[Steppes] 2 questions...........

Vyolante has responded privately, but I am going to respond publicly to the first question.

There currently is no autocrat for Warlord.  Last i had heard, there had yet to be a bid for the event.  So if anyone is interested, i am sure now might be a good time to step up. :-)
