Actually, in the context that he is saying it in, the speech telling her to not trust men, to not be a breeder of sinners, blah blah blah, he really is talking about the kind where they would encourage her not to with a man ever again, (yes, I am being PC, we have kids on this list). :)

Remember, he just did the 'To be or not to be' speech when all this happened. :D
