[Steppes] Period Gaming tonight - Game on!

It looks like the weather will favor us tonight, so Period Gaming Night
is NOT cancelled.

It is supposed to be above freezing this afternoon, and according to my
augur of the weather gods, should remain above freezing until well after
gaming ends.

That being said, bridges and overpasses might still be icy, so please be
careful when driving today and tonight. If you can make it tonight,
great. If you'd rather not brave the roads, then you will be missed...
but I'd rather have an empty house and all my friends safe than a full
house and worry.
