[Steppes] Announcement - Minister of Children

Greetings to you all,
I wanted to announce that Christiana - who has been our interim Minister of Children, is now the official Minister. I also wanted to thank Lady Klara, our outgoing MoC, for her time, energy, and service to the Barony.

I was impressed with Christiana's efforts at Warlord for our little ones and feel that she will do a fine job. Please give her your congratulations when you see her!
