[Steppes] C&I location

Hi Gabriele,

I am taking over the Calligraphy & Illumination guild as of this month. 
It will be held at the same location going forward at 17919 Meadowchase 
Way Dallas 75287. We will start at 7 and run until 10 P.M. at which time 
I will be chasing people out as it is a work night.
