[Steppes] No Heavy Fighter Practice tonight

There will be no official heavy fighter practice for the Steppes tonight.  I
am considering cancelling Tuesday night practices, at least for the summer.
Please let me know if it is important to you to come to a Steppes Tuesday
night practice.  Reply either to the Steppes list, or to my private email,
