[Steppes] Rapier practice tonight?

It's not raining anymore and, in fact, the sun is shining.  I plan on being at the park tonight.  Even if we don't fight, we still have a covered area to sit under and talk.

The weather does not look good for fencing.  If Uilliac cancels practice
tonight, would the fencers like to come over to my house for Gulf War wrap-up
