[Steppes] Warlord load out

Greetings all, load up for Warlord will take place at 7:00 pm at the
storage locker on Thursday May 21st. We will have two trailers to use
for the load out and we can always get more if we need to. Damon and I
plan to be on site at between 12:00 and 1:00pm. If you would like to
help with either loading from the shed or site setup please contact me
or just show up at the shed. If you don't know the address you can
contact me, the seneschal or the quartermaster for the address.  
 
If you would like to help with site setup and want to caravan with Damon
and I just send me an email otherwise just meet us the civic center on
Friday May 22 around 12:30pm. If you have items for the gift baskets and
are unable to get these to Viviana, please bring the gifts with you to
the event so we may share this gift with our champions.
 
Time is running short and you will see many more emails from me during
this coming week. I would ask that all coordinators please send me a
list of what they need for the locker so we make sure you have what you
need.
