[Steppes] Period Gamesters for November

Due to the normal scheduled date for Period Gamesters being preempted by
several parades and a Cowboys game (and a national holiday), I have
decided to reschedule Period Gamesters Gathering for November to the
12th.

That's right! All of the fun and excitement of period gaming, two whole
weeks earlier.
